Formerly a run-down car service center, this building, located at 617 Rhode Island Avenue in Northeast DC adjacent to the city's only Home Depot, now houses local and national commercial tenants in 6500 square feet of Grade A retail space and will serve as a catalyst for economic growth in this up-and-coming neighborhood of the Nation's Capitol. A two-story expansion will begin construction in spring of 2007.
