Spatz Development, in conjunction with Spatz Centers, Inc., is a full-service land development and real estate management organization.  We offer a wide array of management and leasing services for residential or commercial space.  We also develop raw land and redevelop existing real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, and single and multi-family residential homes and communities.  Spatz Development specializes in innovative and outside-the-box real estate concepts, and will consider joint ventures for other progressive developments.
